You provide us with your personal data in the following cases:

  • When using the contact form

  • When using the inquiry form

  • When using the reservation form

The Controller will process the personal data you enter via these forms (i.e. name, email address, and phone number) for the purpose of responding to your message sent via the contact form. This is based on the Controller’s legitimate interest in allowing website visitors to contact them and receive a response. These legitimate interests constitute the legal basis for data processing.

  • For the duration necessary to fulfill all rights and obligations from the purchase contract, i.e., during the order and warranty period.

  • One year after the warranty period ends, to resolve potential disputes.

  • For the period required by law (e.g., accounting documents are stored for 15 years).

  • Consent for marketing purposes is valid for 4 years or until revoked. Purchasing renews the consent automatically.

  • Communication data: 2 years.

  • Contest data: 1 year.

Specifically, this includes:

You have the right to access all your personal data stored by the Controller, request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority—The Office for Personal Data Protection.
